When will I receive my Wunder Package?
Orders received before 6pm will be processed on the same day
Orders received after 6pm will be processed on the next day
Please note that orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or any public holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

Same day delivery is available through the following:
1. On Demand Delivery service - WhatsApp us at 0182013303 to arrange same day delivery (subject to stock availability, extra delivery fee will apply)

Your parcel will leave our warehouse in 1-2 working days
As we are a fully handmade company, some items might take longer to produce. In such cases, we will contact you to notify on the shipping delay.
For custom orders e.g. custom greeting cards or other order customization
Your parcel will leave our warehouse in 3-4 working days

How much is shipping and how long is the transit time?

*Customer are responsible to settle custom clearance, duties or taxes if any.
*Dispatch times may vary subject to any delay for which we will not be responsible. 
*Delays because of out-of-stock product sometimes happens. In such cases, our Wunderteam will be in touch with you.

 What happens if my parcel is damaged or gone missing?
We take pride in packaging your parcel tightly and securely. All items leave our warehouse in excellent condition and the responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands. In cases where parcel is lost/ damaged/ returned for any reason other than ours, it is customers' responsibility to file a complaint to the shipping carrier. 
Customer is responsible to pay additional shipping fee for any unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect mailing address.

How can I return my purchase?
We do not accept product returns unless it is defected or incorrect. Pictures of the defected/ wrongly delivered goods should be shared with Wunderbath within 1-2 days of receiving the goods via email hello@wunderbath.co or Whatsapp 0182013303.
In such case, please contact us at and we will exchange the item (if not, item of same value). Should there be circumstances where we are unable to attend, a refund will be issued to you (buyer).
 
For refunds, payment made via Ipay88 will only be refunded in store credit.
Payment made via bank transfer can be refunded in cash via bank transfer to customer's account.
