Q: Can I purchase a gift from www.wunderbath.co to be delivered straight to friends and family?
A: Absolutely! We love to be a part of any celebrations you may have.
Purchase as usual from www.wunderbath.co.
In billing information, fill up your own address and contact number. For any order updates, we will always contact the number on your billing information.
In shipping information, fill up your recipient’s address and contact number. Our courier partner will contact the number on your shipping information to arrange for delivery without revealing the parcel content.
We do not include order invoices in parcels 😊
Q: I’d like to send a gift to a friend, how will it be packaged?
A: We only include gift boxes for purchases RM60 and above (excluding shipping cost). If your order is less than RM60, fret not! You can purchase our gift box and greeting card separately here.
If you have purchased more than RM60 and there are products that are not able to fit into our standard gift box, we will pack it in a separate box for you and ensure that it will be gift worthy!
We have several gift boxes sizes and our team will choose the best fit for the products you’ve purchased.
We encourage you to check our gift sets available. Most gift set comes with a gift box and a customisable greeting card!
Q: Can I add a custom message for my gift?
A: Yes, definitely! You can choose to leave a custom message on the product page of all gift sets.
For other products, type out your custom message in the "order notes" section before checking out. Do double-check your custom message upon receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders RM60 and above (excluding shipping cost) includes our standard A5 greeting card.
Orders RM60 and below only includes a mini-bear card (10 words max)
Do include “To:” and “From/Love/Sincerely/Best:” together with your custom message. Otherwise we will assume you’d like to gift anonymously.

Q: My order is below RM60, but I want my order to be packed in a box together with a card. How can I do that?
A: No problem! You can purchase our gift box and greeting card separately here.
Q: How can I add an additional product to a pre-set gift set?
A: Purchase the additional product separately and type in the "order notes" section upon check out that you would like it to be packed together with your gift set!
Q: My friend’s birthday is today, can I get Wunderbath to urgently deliver products?
A: Yes you can! However, same day delivery is only available in Klang Valley as we use Lalamove for this service.
Contact our Wunderteam at firstname.lastname@example.org or +60182013303 to check your products’ availability and to calculate delivery-on-demand rates to your recipient’s address.
Upon confirmation of your products' availability, proceed to purchase on www.wunderbath.co as usual and select “Collect in Store” as your method of delivery. Then, bank in the delivery-on-demand fee to our bank account manually.
ONLINE ORDERS & DELIVERIES
Q: I just made an order today, when will I get my package?
A: Non-custom orders will take between 1-2 working days for our team to prepare before passing it to our designated courier service provider. Courier service delivery times vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Page for more detailed information.
For custom orders e.g. Custom Hand Sanitizer/Custom Greeting Card/Custom Lip Balm, please allow additional 1-2 working days to dispatch.
In the event that your items are unavailable or require longer time to be handmade, our team will reach out to you!
*During CMCO, kindly expect delay from the courier service due to certain limitations and high volume of parcels.
Q: I just ordered from your website, what’s next?
A: Upon order and payment confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Kindly check and confirm your email address, shipping address, items ordered and order notes (if available) in the confirmation email.
After 1-2 working days, you will receive a shipping update email with a tracking number. Usually, our third party courier service will notify you before delivering your items. If you are not at home, they will make a another delivery attempt the next working day.
If you have ordered and did not receive any order confirmation e-mail, do check your SPAM folder. It is also possible that you might have accidentally entered the wrong email address.

Q: It’s been a few weeks and I have not received my order, what should I do?
A: You can track the location of your parcel from the shipping update email in your inbox. If you still have not received your parcel after 2 weeks of ordering, please contact the courier service to enquire further.

Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A: You will need to create a new order online if you would like to ship to more than one address.
Q: What happens if my parcel goes missing?
A: We take pride in packaging your parcel beautifully and securely. All items leave our warehouse in excellent condition and our responsibility for your package ends when it leaves our hands.
In cases where parcel is lost/damaged/returned for any reason other than our manufacturing errors, it is then the customers' responsibility to file a complaint to the courier service. The customer is also responsible for paying any additional shipping fees for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect mailing address or for not being home.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: All of our products are handmade locally by our Wunderteam.
We source ingredients from all over the world such as the United States, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, etc.
Q: Are your products truly Vegan and Cruelty-Free?
A: Yes, they are. We do not use any animal products (not even Beeswax) and we never ever test on animals!
Q: How long can a bath bomb be kept for?
A: Bath bombs are safe to use for up to 1-2 years. However, the fizziness, colours and scents may reduce and change slightly with time. So, it is recommended to use bath bombs within 6 months of purchasing for the best effect.
Q: How long it will take for the bath bomb to dissolve?
A: Depending on the size, smaller bath bombs usually dissolve within 10 minutes. Bigger bath bombs may need longer than 20 minutes to fully dissolve.
Q: What’s the difference between Bath Bombs and Bubble Bars/Dust?
A: Bath Bombs do not have bubbles. They only fizz upon contact with water to release magical colour and tantalising scents!
Bubble Bars/Dust on the other hand, does not fizz but they create fluffy bubbles!
Use both Bath Bombs and Bubble Bars/Dust for best effect 😉
Q: Are your Essential Oils 100% pure?
A: Yes, all of our Essential Oils are 100% Pure. We screen our essential oil quality stringently and are all carefully selected by our founder, Evelyn, from all over the world!
Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Absolutely! Each and every product we sell are formulated for the most sensitive of skin. However, to be absolutely sure and to avoid issues, please do a patch test before properly using any product.
