QUESTIONS ABOUT GIFTING
1. Can I purchase a gift from www.wunderbath.co to be delivered straight to friends and family?
Absolutely! We love to be a part of any celebrations you may have.
Purchase as usual from www.wunderbath.co.
On billing information, fill up your own address and contact. For any order updates, we will always contact the number on your billing information.
On shipping information, fill up your recipient’s address and contact. Our courier partner will contact the number on your shipping information to arrange for delivery without revealing the parcel content.
We do not include order invoices in parcels 😊
2. I’d like to send a gift for a friend, how will my purchases be packed?
We will only include gift boxes for purchases RM 60 and above (excluding shipping cost).
If there are some products that can’t be fit into our standard gift box even if your purchase is more than RM 60, we will pack it in a separate box for you and ensure that it will be gift worthy!
We have several gift boxes sizes and our team will choose the best fit for the products you’ve purchased.
We also encourage you to check our gift sets available. Most gift set comes with a packaging/ gift box with a customizable greeting card.
If your order is less than RM 60, fret not, you could purchase our gift box and greeting card separately here.
3. Can I add a custom message for the card for the gift?
For gift set purchases, you could leave the custom message on the product page itself.
For other orders, leave the custom message on order notes before checking out.
(Upon receiving your order confirmation email, kindly double confirm your order notes)
For orders RM 60 and above (excluding shipping cost), we will include our standard A5 greeting card.
For order less than RM 60 we will only include a mini bear card (10 words max)
Don’t forget to include “To” and “From/Love/Sincerely/Best” together with your custom message. Otherwise we will assume you’d like to gift anonymously.

4. My order is below RM 60, but I want my order to be packed in a box together with the card. How can I do that?
No worries! You can purchase our gift box and greeting card separately here.
Otherwise, order below RM 60 will usually be packed in our Wunderduck envelope/ our other packaging.
5. How can I add an additional product to a pre-set gift set?
Just purchase the product separately and put in order notes that you’d like them to be packed together.
6. I just remembered that my friend’s birthday is today, how can I get Wunderbath to urgently deliver products?
Contact Wunderteam at firstname.lastname@example.org or +60182013303 to check products’ availability and to calculate delivery-on-demand rates to your recipient’s address.
Proceed to purchase from www.wunderbath.co as usual and select “Collect in Store” as your method of delivery. Then, bank in the delivery-on-demand fee to our bank account manually.
We use Lalamove for delivery-on-demand and their service is limited to Klang Valley only.
Alternatively, you could also collect your gift from our store to get them on the same day.
QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERING ONLINE & DELIVERIES
7. I just ordered today, when will I get my parcel?
Normal orders will take around 1-2 working days for our team prepare before passing it to our designated courier. Courier delivery time varies depending on your address, please refer to our Shipping Page for more detailed information.
In case some items are unavailable or require longer time to handmade, our team will contact you.
For custom orders e.g. Custom Hand Sanitizer/ Custom Greeting Card/ Custom Lip Balm, please allow additional 1-2 working days to dispatch.
*During CMCO, kindly expect delay from our courier service due to limitations and high volume of parcels.
8. I just ordered from your website, what’s next?
Upon confirming and paying your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Kindly check and confirm your email address, shipping address, items ordered and order notes (if available) from the confirmation email.
After 1-2 working days, you will receive a shipping update email with a tracking number. Click on the tracking number to track your parcel.
Usually our third party courier service will notify you before delivering and if you’re not at home, they will reattempt delivery on the next working day.
If you’ve ordered and did not receive any email, do check your SPAM folder. It’s also possible that you might have entered a wrong email address, contact us at email@example.com or +60182013303 if you did not receive any email.
9. I chose to collect my parcel in Wunderbath DaMen Store. When can I collect my order?
Normal orders will take around 1-2 working days for our team prepare.
Once order is ready to be collected, our team will notify you via WhatsApp (if number is available) or email.
*During CMCO our store opening hours are:
Weekdays: 10.30am – 7.30pm
Weekends & Public Holidays: 11am – 8pm
10. It’s been a few weeks and I have not received my order, what should I do?
You can track the location of your parcel from the shipping update email in your inbox. If you still haven’t received your parcel after 2 weeks of ordering, please contact the courier service to enquire.

11. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
You will need to create a new order online if you would like to ship to more than one address.
12. What happens if my parcel has gone missing?
We take pride in packaging your parcel beautifully and securely. All items leave our warehouse in excellent condition and the responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands. In cases where parcel is lost/ damaged/ returned for any reason other than ours, it is customers' responsibility to file a complaint to the shipping carrier.
Customer is also responsible to pay additional shipping fee for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect mailing address or recipient not being home.

13. Where are your products made?
All of our products are handmade locally by our Wunderteam.
We source ingredients from all over the world such as US, Australia, France, Germany, Spain and etc.
14. Are your products truly Vegan and Cruelty-Free?
Yes, they are. We don’t use any animal by products (not even Beeswax) and we never ever test on animals!
15. How long can a bath bomb last?
Bath bombs are safe to use up to 1-2 years. However, fizziness, colours and scents reduces/ changes slightly with time. So, it is recommended to use bath bombs within 6 months of purchasing for the best effect.
16. How long it will take for the bath bomb to dissolve?
Depending on the size, smaller bath bombs usually dissolve within 10 minutes. Bigger bath bombs may need longer than 20 minutes to dissolve. It depends on the size.
17. What’s the difference between Bath Bombs and Bubble Bars/Dust
Bath Bombs do not have bubbles 😊 They fizz upon contact with water to release magical colour and tantalizing scents.
To use Bath Bombs, fill up water in tub until desired level and drop a Bath Bomb on water surface slowly.
Bubble Bars/ Dust doesn’t fizz in water but they help to create fluffy bubbles in your tub with tantalizing scents.
To use Bubble Bars/Dust, crumble/sprinkle bars/dust as you’re filling up the tub. Water pressure from the tap will help to create fluffy bubbles.
Use both Bath Bombs and Bubble Bars/Dust for best effect.
18. Are your Essential Oils 100% pure?
Yes, they are. All of our Essential Oils are 100% Pure. We screen our essential oils quality stringently and they are all carefully selected by our founder, Evelyn from all over the world.
19. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely! Each and every product we have is formulated for sensitive skin. But, every skin is different! To be absolutely sure, please do a patch test beforehand.
